Ingredients
3 cups rice bran oil
¼ cup flour
½ tsp iodised salt
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
12 squid, cleaned & sliced in rings
1 lemon, in wedges for garnish
Directions
Preheat oil to 180°C.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, oregano and black pepper. Dredge squid through the mixture. Drop squid into oil for 2-3 minutes until light brown. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Drain on paper towels and serve.
