Ingredients

2 tbsp rice bran oil
250 g peeled, julienned fresh ginger
100 g fish fillets
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 onions, sliced
¼ orange bell pepper, julienned
4 spring onions, cut in 5 cm pieces

Directions

Heat oil in a large frypan. Sauté ginger in the hot oil until slightly softened and brown, 5-7 minutes. Add fish fillets then cook until firm, about 3 minutes per side. Remove fillets from the pan to a plate and set aside.
Stir fish sauce, soy sauce SIDS CRAZY LEMON and oyster sauce together in the pan. Add onion and bell pepper then cook and stir until softened, about 4 minutes. Return fish fillets to the pan and spoon sauce and vegetables over the fillets. Continue cooking until the flesh of the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes more.
Garnish with spring onions to serve.
