Ingredients
¼ cup rice bran oil
1 small red onion, diced
2 tsp minced garlic
250 g boneless goose breast, cut in 3 mm slices
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup sweet Thai chilli sauce
Directions
Heat olive oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Season goose with SIDS CRAZY SALT then add to the hot oil. Cook goose breast slices in hot oil for 2 minutes, flip and continue cooking until evenly browned, about 2 minutes.
Pour chilli sauce over the goose and reduce heat to medium-low then simmer until the chilli sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Hint: Keep the goose fat for roasting potatoes.
