Ingredients
6 cups Cape Gooseberries, chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp cayenne pepper
250 g raisins
500 g onions
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp dry mustard powder
500 g white sugar
5 cups malt vinegar
Directions
Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT with all the ingredients in a large saucepan then simmer for 1½-2 hours until thick.
Seal in hot jars.
