Ingredients
2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
1 egg, lightly beaten
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup cream
100 g goats cheese, crumbled
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ cup fresh mixed herbs
75 g char-grilled orange capsicum, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the pastry to fit 4x 9 cm fluted tart tins. Spray the tins with oil and line with pastry.
Combine egg, SIDS CRAZY SALT, cream, cheese and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a bowl and mix until well blended then stir in chopped herbs.
Spoon ¼ of the mixture into each tart. Place 2-3 slices of capsicum on top then bake for about 20 minutes until the filling is set and the pastry is golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
