Ingredients
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 onion
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
4 bay leaves
½ cup red wine
1 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp bush honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Finely chop onion then sauté in olive oil until brown, add garlic and sauté further 3 minutes. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, bay leaves, wine, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, paprika, honey and brown sugar then stir to combine. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Cool, then transfer to an air-tight container and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
