Ingredients

1 medium onion
2 clove garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp anise seeds
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 piece of fresh turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 medium carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
Pinch of SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 cup boiling water

Directions

Clean and dice the carrots, onions, ginger, and turmeric root.
In a saucepan heat all the seeds for 1 minute on medium heat. Add diced onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Stir together for 1 minute. Add oil and stir again then cover the saucepan.
Cook onions for about 4 minutes. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cinnamon.
Add the diced carrots and stir, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring now and then.
Meanwhile, boil water in your boiler. Add the boiling water, stir, and cover to cook for about 6 minutes
Cut off the heat, add the nutritional yeast, stir and let the carrots cool before transferring into a blender.
Blend into a smooth creamy sauce.
Pour the sauce into a jar, let it cool completely before putting it in your fridge.
Notes:
Cooking time will depend on the size of your carrots; if you cut small pieces, then the cooking will be fast.
