Ingredients
1.5 kg carrots, chopped
6 cups GF chicken stock
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp dried dill
100 g butter
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a stockpot over a high heat, combine chicken stock, carrots, garlic, dill, butter and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Simmer for 30 minutes until carrots are soft.
Blitz until smooth then simmer another 35-40 minutes. Season to taste with dill, garlic & SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
