Ingredients
1 skewer
1 foil tray
1 piece of foil for wrap-over top
wood-chips of your choice
Directions
Soak a small handful of wood chips in water for 10 minutes. Place the wet wood chips in the tray and spread them out, then place a small handful of dry wood chips on top.
Cover with foil and crimp the edges around the lip of the tray to make a seal.
With a skewer, make holes for the smoke to escape.
