Ingredients
6 uncooked flour tortillas
250 g beef mince
250 g chicken mince
1 egg
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ large onion finely chopped
rice bran oil, for frying
Directions
Combine the meat with the egg, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and onion. Place a few tablespoons of the meat filling on one side of the raw tortilla and press into a thin layer. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
Pinch the sides together using a fork, making sure it’s sealed tight so the filling doesn’t come out. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Preheat the oil in a frypan on low/medium heat.
Add the filled tortillas and cook until each side is golden brown.
Remove the Chebureki from the pan then rest on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
