½ cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
½ cup spring onions, chopped about 4-5
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, divided
Pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT

1 cup mozzarella cheese, fresh grated

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a baking tray with non-stick oil spray then set aside.
Cut bread in a criss-cross pattern, (about 30 cm wide) without cutting all the way through. Place bread onto prepared baking tray.
Combine butter, spring onions and 1 tablespoon of parsley in a small bowl. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to your taste.
Spoon garlic butter/onion mixture into bread cracks. Arrange cheese slices and shredded cheese between the bread cuts.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
