Ingredients
500 g cream cheese, softened
1 cup celery, minced
½ cup orange pepper (capsicum), chopped
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp onion, minced
550 g pineapple, crushed & save liquid
1 cup pecans, chopped (or pistachio)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine SIDS CRAZY SALT, celery, capsicum, onion, pineapple and half the saved juice. Divide mixture in half and form 2 balls. Roll each ball in the pecans then chill until ready to serve.
