Ingredients

1¾ cups flour
3½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tsp sea salt
50 g butter, chilled
½ cup chives, chopped
¾ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup milk
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 210°C. Line oven tray with baking paper.
Mix together the dry ingredients then grate in the butter. Stir in chives and ½ cup of Cheddar. Pour in yoghurt, milk and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE then mix until it all comes together.
Turn out onto a well floured bench then pat it to bring it together into a big blob - it will be a little sticky.
Cut into shapes then bake for 12 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
