Ingredients

115 g soft butter
225 g Cheddar cheese, grated
100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
140 g plain flour, sifted
¼ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE

Directions

Cream the butter in an electric mixer then add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE with the remaining ingredients.
Turn onto a lightly floured work surface and shape the dough into a ball. Cover with clingfilm and chill for several hours.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Divide dough into 2 cm balls. Roll each ball into a long thin strip, like a thick straw.
Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
