Ingredients

Yellow or white onions, sliced in thick disks
1 cup all purpose flour
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup chickpea flour
½ tsp baking powder
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 plastic cheese slices

Directions

Slice the onion into thick discs and separate the rings from the middle part.
To make batter, put SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all ingredients into one bowl. Add water and whisk well to create a thick batter.
Cut the cheese slices into strips the width of the onions rings. Take two consecutive onion rings and in between, stuff the cheese strips and stick the two rings together.
Heat the oil in medium heat. Now, dip the stuffed onion rings into batter and fry them on high until light golden colour.
