570 g cheese tortellini
2 tbsp rice bran oil, plus more for drizzling
500 g shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for serving
¼ cup chopped chives, plus additional for serving


In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook tortellini according to package directions. Five minutes before tortellini is cooked, heat oil in large nonstick frypan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and red pepper flakes then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Cook shrimp, tossing frequently, for 2-4 minutes. Add tortellini and chives then toss to combine. Serve hot, drizzled with more olive oil and sprinkled with red pepper flakes and chives.
