Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
500 g ground beef, about 2 cups
1 egg
2 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL, for brushing on top

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C.
In medium frying pan, sauté ground beef, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, Italian seasoning and seasoning until browned. Let cool slightly.
Lightly grease 10 x 14 oven tray and unroll pizza dough on to it.
Mix together the raw egg and mozzarella cheese. Add slightly cooled seasoned meat and stir quickly to combine.
Spread pizza dough with ground beef and cheese mixture. Roll up like a cinnamon roll on oven tray. Brush the top with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL and sprinkle with ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let set 3 minutes to cool slightly, then slice diagonally across the roll to make 8 pieces.
Serve hot.
