Ingredients

850 g frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups diced cooked ham
½ cup diced onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
4 cups chicken stock
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ tsp garlic powder
250 g cream cheese, softened
250 g shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped spring onions, to taste

Directions

Combine hash browns, ham, onion, celery, SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB, chicken stock, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and garlic powder in a slow cooker. Stir well to combine then cover with lid.
Cook on LOW heat until celery is soft, 4-5 hours.
Mix in cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with chopped spring onions.
