Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into 25 mm cubes
250 g bacon rashers thin cut, cut into halves or thirds
½ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Fresh parsley, optional for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Line a large baking tray with aluminium foil and place a cookie rack on top then set aside.
Lightly season chicken pieces with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Wrap each piece of chicken with a small strip of bacon. (about ⅓ strip of bacon) Roll the wrapped chicken bites into the brown sugar.
Place chicken pieces on the baking tray then bake for about 35-40 minutes, being careful to not let the brown sugar burn and blacken.
Remove from oven and serve warm, and garnish with fresh parsley.
