Ingredients
½ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
500 g chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 spring onions, sliced
1 small tin chopped pineapple
Directions
Add chicken to ¼ cup of SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE cover then refrigerate 40 minutes. Cook chicken on an oiled BBQ plate for 6-8 minutes, turning often until cooked through. Cook pineapple on plate for 2 minutes until light brown.
Serve with the remaining sauce sprinkled with spring onions.
