Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast, boneless
2 orange bell peppers
1 large onion
500 g mushrooms
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
225 g provolone cheese, sliced
6 hot dog buns
Directions
Slice chicken into thin strips. Cut bell peppers into long strips, onion into half rings, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat a frypan with oil. Add in onion, cook until golden. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers until golden, set aside and do the same with mushrooms.
In the same pan, cook chicken until golden brown. Add veggies back into the mix. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Add slices of provolone on top, on very low heat until the cheese is fully melted.
Add the filling to buns, serve while the cheese is melted. Enjoy.
