Ingredients
2 tsp cornflour (sauce)
2 tsp water (sauce)
6 tsp sugar, white (sauce)
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON (sauce)
100 ml chicken stock (sauce)
2 tsp soy sauce (sauce)
1 tsp dry sherry (sauce)
1 egg yolk
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
100 g breadcrumbs
2 tsp rice bran oil
500 g chicken breast fillets cut to bite size
Directions
Soak fillets in a mixture of egg yolk, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and cornflour then turn toss them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Combine all the sauce ingredients with the stock and heat until thick & sticky.
Serve with sauce on top or in a gravy boat.
