Ingredients
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup maple or golden syrup
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Label freezer bag with cooking instructions and date.
Mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients except the chicken breast in a bowl or in the freezer bag. Add the chicken to the freezer bag with the sauce.
Freeze until ready to use.
Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Place chicken with sauce from freezer bag into crock pot. Place lid on and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
