Chicken Drumsticks Greek

Nothing says Greek quite like Greek yoghurt. For this recipe, were using Greek yoghurt, wine vinegar, and dried oregano to create a Mediterranean feel and taste. This recipe is simple yet packed with flavour.

Ingredients

1.5 g chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

In a bowl, add the olive oil, Greek yoghurt, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined.
In a large bowl or in a large zip lock bag, add the chicken and the marinade. Combine until all the chicken is coated in the marinade mixture. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Coat the grill with some olive oil and start cooking the chicken. Place the chicken in the hot grill, first on one side and cook for 5 minutes. Rotate the chicken drumsticks as to cook them 5 minutes on all four sides. Juices should be clear and the internal temperature of the chicken should reach at least 75°C-80°C.
Remove from grill and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with some fresh parsley or chives. Enjoy!

Leave your chicken drumsticks marinating until the grill is ready to go.
