Ingredients
16 chicken pieces
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 lemons cut in wedges
2 tsp rosemary, chopped
4 tbsp rice bran oil
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR or
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place chicken portions in a large roasting dish and drizzle over with a blended mixture of oil and SIDS VINEGAR then add lemon wedges and sprinkle everything with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Place in the oven and roast for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, rest for 10 minutes then serve.
