1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
½ cup fine chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green chilli paste
2 tsp salt
500 g boneless chicken breast halves, cut in chunks


In a large bowl, grind together coriander, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, lemon juice, chilli paste and salt. Place the chicken in the bowl and rub with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Preheat the oven grill. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and grill 20 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
