Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 shallots, chopped
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
½ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 cups tomatoes, fine chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
In a 25 cm frypan, cook garlic, shallots and chicken over a medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning after 6 minutes. When chicken is no longer pink, reduce heat to low and add SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR then cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the chicken then stir in remaining ingredients, including SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Cook over a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
