Ingredients

8 chicken thighs
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 bottle oyster sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
¾ cup white sugar
¼ cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place chicken thighs in a lightly greased baking dish. Season with SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the oyster sauce, garlic, sugar and water. Mix together and add sugar to taste.
After chicken has baked for 25 minutes, pour sauce over it and bake for another 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
