Ingredients
1 kg chicken pieces
¼ cup dry white wine
1 tsp lemon rind, grated
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
½ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE or
½ tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
In a shallow glass or stainless steel dish, arrange chicken in a single layer. Combine wine, lemon rind & juice, tomato paste, oil, paprika, SIDS SAUCE, SIDS CRAZY SALT & garlic and pour over the chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours, turning occasionally.
Place chicken on greased grill, discarding remaining marinade. Cook covered, skin side down for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for 30-40 minutes until juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
