Ingredients

3 tbsp rice bran oil
1 medium carrot, chopped
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ medium onion, diced
3 litres water
2 tbsp dried mushrooms
500 g chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 medium potatoes, sliced
55 g spaghetti, broken into pieces
2 tbsp dill, diced
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Preheat a heavy bottom pot over medium heat with oil. Sauté the carrots, SIDS CRAZY SALT and onions until softened. (about 5 minutes)
Soak the dried mushrooms in 3 lt water for 5-10 minutes.
To the sautéed veggies, add in the 3 lt water, mushrooms, chicken, and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat to medium-low and let the chicken simmer for 20 minutes. Add the potatoes and macaroni into the water and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Add the dill. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Enjoy.
