Ingredients

1 kg boneless skinless chicken
500 g mushrooms
1 brown onion, quarter rings
500 g asparagus
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp rice bran oil, for frying
3 garlic cloves
1 lime juiced
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes then brown in a frypan over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
Dice the mushrooms, onion, and asparagus into bite size chunks.
Brown the mushrooms with the onion then season the veggies with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Stir the asparagus into the pan and cook the veggies for 2 more minutes.
Stir in the chicken pieces. Press the garlic cloves into the pan and squeeze the lime juice in then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Allow the mixture to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and serve the stir fry immediately. Enjoy.
