Ingredients
¼ cup dark soy sauce
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ cup sherry
2 tbsp bush honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp cornflour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp root ginger, grated
2 kg chicken nibbles
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
Whisk together soy, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, sherry, honey, sesame oil, lemon juice, cornflour, garlic and ginger.
Spray the bowl with oil then add the nibbles. Pour the soy mixture over the chicken and stir to coat well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. If possible, stir every hour or so to ensure they are evenly glazed.
When ready, give a final stir then remove the nibbles using tongs to the serving platter.
Serve topped with sesame seeds, finger bowls and plenty of napkins.
