Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice (or less)
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup light soy sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 kg chicken tenderloins or strips
Skewers, soaked if bamboo
Directions
In a small pan over a medium heat, mix pineapple juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to boil then cool.
Place chicken in a medium bowl and cover with the marinade then refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Preheat grill on medium. Thread chicken, lengthwise, onto the skewers.
Grill kebabs for 5 minutes each side until juices run clear.
