Ingredients
SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
1 boneless chicken breast
10 asparagus spears or
Blanched broccoli flowers
4 cups shredded mixed lettuce
2 tbsp chopped red onion
8 whole strawberries
1 pear, cored & sliced
10 toasted pecan halves or toasted almonds
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Marinate chicken in SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE for a couple of hours in refrigerator. Drain and reserve marinate. Grill chicken over medium high coals for 15-18 minutes, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Cook asparagus until crisp-tender. Serve sliced chicken breast on a plate lined with lettuce. Top with asparagus, onion, strawberries and pear.
Serve with SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE. Sprinkle with pecans.
