Ingredients
1 cooked chicken, shredded 1 cm
7 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tbsp chives, fine chopped
½ stick celery, minced
1 spring onion, fine chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
12 slices white bread
Handful cress leaves
White pepper
Directions
Combine chicken, 6 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, chives, celery and spring onion then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Spread half the bread slices with a little SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and some cress leaves then spoon on 2 tbsp of chicken mixture, keeping it away from the crusts. A sprinkle of white pepper then top with the remaining bread slices. Using a bread knife, cut off the crusts and slice sandwiches into fingers, squares or triangles.
