Ingredients
500 g minced chicken
½ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 onion, peeled
½ tsp iodised salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tbsp lemon juice
Rice bran oil for brushing
20 small satay sticks, soaked
Sweet Chilli sauce for dipping
Directions
Place chicken mince in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and using the fine side, grate the onion (with juice) over the breadcrumbs. Add remaining ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY LEMON, except the oil. Mix and knead well then let stand for 15 minutes. With wet hands, take a portion of the chicken mixture and mould around the stick to 35 mm length. Arrange on an oiled tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Oil the grill of a medium-high BBQ cook the chicken sticks for 10-12 minutes until cooked through, turning frequently.
Serve with the sweet chilli sauce.
