Ingredients
250 g cooked chicken chunks
¼ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
5 drops Kaitaia Fire
12 corn tortillas
Directions
Preheat an oven to 175°C.
Lightly grease a 1.5x 2 cm baking dish. Combine the chicken, SIDS PLUM SAUCE and cheese in a bowl and stir in the Kaitaia Fire. Warm the tortillas one at a time in a skillet until flexible, about 10 seconds per side.
Spread about 1 heaped tablespoon of the chicken over half of the warmed tortilla. Roll tightly to form the taquitos starting at the filled side of the tortilla. Place seamed side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
