Ingredients

MARINADE:--
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp water
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sherry
5 boneless chicken breasts
BASTING SAUCE:--
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry sherry

Directions

Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag, shake then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine the basting sauce ingredients then set aside.
Discard the marinade then grill both sides of the chicken, basting frequently, for 7-10 minutes. Turn to avoid burning. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
