Oven Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken is so easy to make and packed with delicious lemon pepper flavour. These chicken thighs come out of the oven with a crispy outside and juicy centre.

Ingredients

1.5 kg chicken thighs or chicken breasts
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with foil and set aside.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place on the baking tray.
Whisk together the oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle the oil mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken, rubbing to coat well.
In another small bowl, stir together the SIDS CRAZY LEMON, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and paprika then sprinkle the spices evenly over the chicken.
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 74°C.
