Ingredients
1 cup carrots, cut in pieces
1 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g chicken breast or thighs, cut in pieces
1 kg chicken stock
2 cups water
⅓ cup dill or parsley
½ cup spring onions, chopped
250 g cheese tortellini
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Preheat a pot with oil. Add chopped carrots and cook until they are lightly softened.
Add chicken, water and stock to the mix and cook for 15 minutes. Add spring onions and dill, bring to a simmer. Add tortellini and cook for 10 more minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
