Ingredients

750 g chicken wings
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup 7-Up or Sprite
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup butter, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Combine cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic, sugar, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, 7-up, turmeric and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well then add the chicken wings. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and marinate for 5-8 hours. Skewer the chicken wings in a bamboo skewer. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Stir and set aside.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side and baste using the butter mixture.
Transfer the chicken wings to a serving plate.
