Ingredients

24 chicken wings, prepared
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 onion, roughly chopped
½ cup GF soy sauce
½ cup fish sauce
4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
4 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp white sugar

Directions

In a food processor, blitz everything, including SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, except the wings. Pour into a large dish and mix the wings into the marinade, coating all surfaces. Cover with cling-film and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with foil and arrange wings in a single layer. Bake, turning once and brush on reserved marinade for 30 minutes. If necessary, finish off under the grill for 3 minutes.
