Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3cm fresh ginger, chopped fine
¼ cup chopped herbs (oregano & parsley)
¼ cup Wine and Pepper Mustard
½ cup beer
¼ cup black coffee, chilled
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp fresh lemon zest, fine grated
4 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
8 chicken breasts
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, including SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and Wine and Pepper Mustard, (except the chicken) into a large bowl. Adjust SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Pour half into a smaller bowl and refrigerate. Put the chicken breasts into the large bowl and cover well with marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Bring both bowls to room temperature then grill the chicken, basting often, until juices run clear. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favourite veges or French fries.
