Ingredients
1 cup orzo pasta
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp chilli flakes
1 chicken breast
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta as per packet. Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Fry garlic and chilli until golden brown. Stir in chicken, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cook 2-5 minutes until lightly browned and juices run clear. Reduce heat and mix in parsley, pasta and spinach. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring, until spinach is wilted.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
