Ingredients
½ cup bush honey
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 chicken breasts, boneless
1 sprig fresh Basil
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together, including honey, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD then add the chicken, coat thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Put chicken into shallow ovenproof dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until juices run clear.
