Ingredients
8 skinless, chicken breast halves
1 cup brown sugar
4 peaches, peeled & sliced
⅛ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ cup chicken stock
2 tsp cornflour
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 20 x 30 cm baking dish.
Place chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with ½ cup of brown sugar. Place peach slices over chicken, then sprinkle with remaining ½ cup brown sugar, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, ginger, cloves and lemon juice.
Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven, basting often with juices, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Mix cornflour with chicken stock and pour mixture into cooking juices. This mixture will thicken and become a sauce to pour over the chicken and peaches.
