Ingredients
½ cup butter
5 cups SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp salt
4 chicken breast halves
Directions
In a large pan over a medium heat, boil the butter, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, salt and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Stir to dissolve salt then add chicken and re-boil. Simmer until chicken is tender and no longer pink inside, about 30 minutes.
Heat grill then cook chicken until skin is crispy brown, about 5 minutes per side.
