Ingredients
½ cup butter
5 cups SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp salt
4 chicken breast halves
Directions
In a large pan over a medium heat, boil the butter, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, salt and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Stir to dissolve salt then add chicken and reboil. Simmer until chicken is tender and no longer pink inside, about 30 minutes.
Heat grill then cook chicken until skin is crispy brown, about 5 minutes per side.
