Ingredients

24 wonton wraps
Pic's creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp bush honey
2 tsp garlic chilli sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 cup diced chicken breast meat

Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Lightly spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Press wonton skin into each cup then spray lightly with cooking spray again. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
Mix together peanut butter, water, lime juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, vinegar, honey, chilli purée and sesame oil until well blended. Stir in almonds, onions and chicken.
Divide filling between cups and serve.
