Ingredients

500 g skinless, boneless chicken breast
250 g bacon
580 g can pineapple chunks
530 cc teriyaki sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Wrap with about ⅓ slice of bacon, thread onto a soaked toothpick and top with pineapple chuck. Marinate for 4 hours or longer in teriyaki sauce.
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Place marinated appetizers onto baking paper lined baking trays. Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is done and bacon golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
