Ingredients

250 g tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, peeled & rough chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 litre tomato juice
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Dash of SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Dash of vodka
Chopped fresh basil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Place the tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, onion and about 150 ml tomato juice in a food processor or blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir through the remaining tomato juice. Chill overnight, to allow the flavours to develop.
Just before serving, stir in the SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and enough SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE to taste. Add some ice and a dash of vodka to each bowl or cup and top with the soup. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped basil.
